- 36C26323Q0229 0001 Overview of Changes to CT Technologist Services Solicitation This amendment implements the following revisions to the original solicitation: Adds VAAR 852.273-73: Evaluation - Healthcare Resources (Section E.6; page 58). Adds Addendum #1 to VAAR 852.273-73: Evaluation Criteria (Section E.2; page 56). Updates numbering of Section E: Solicitation Provisions to reflect the two above additions. Adds Attachment 6: Past Performance document (Section D: Contract Documents, Exhibits, or Attachments; page 51). Adds Past Performance as an optional proposal item (Section E.3: Proposal Submission Instructions; page 57). Due to the scale of the changes, this amendment effectively replaces the current Solicitation document and attachments issued 12/29/2022. Please use this announcement only as well as its revised Solicitation and attachments when submitting all proposals to the VA. Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist and Related Services for Iowa City, Iowa: 36C26323Q0229 ***This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) / Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) set aside. Offerors must be certified in the Vet Biz database under NAICS 561320 in order to be eligible for consideration*** The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 23), St. Paul, Minnesota is soliciting proposals for CT Technologist and related services in the Iowa City, IA, for eligible Veteran beneficiaries for Iowa City VA Health Care System. Offerors must be able to perform all requirements in the performance work statement in Iowa City, IA starting on 14 February 2023. Proposal prices must be fair and reasonable and in the best interest of the Government in order to be considered. This solicitation is open until 7 PM Central Standard Time on Friday, 13 January 2023. Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the Contract Opportunities website (https://beta.sam.gov/search) and for submitting their proposal via email before the solicitation closes to Raymond Holman at Raymond.Holman@va.gov. Questions will be answered provided they are sent to the same email address no later than one week prior to solicitation closing.
