THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. NO PROPOSALS OR COST INFORMATION IS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED. NO CONTRACT WILL BE ISSUED AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division has a requirement for the supply and install of one (1) each laser metal cutting machine. ACC-APG intends to issue a solicitation and award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. It's anticipated this solicitation will be issued via SAM.gov in late January or early February 2023.� Award will be 100% Full and Open Competition. Attachment 1 - Draft SOW and�draft solicitation language (Sections L and M) are attached to this notice.� Interested parties are requested to review the attached draft documents and provide feedback as necessary, to include any questions, concerns, issues, clarifications, etc. It's requested that interested parties ask any and all questions that they would otherwise submit during the solicitation phase. This is to ensure that the Government's requirements documents are as clear, concise, and accurate as possible at the time the solicitation is posted. All submissions shall be submitted via e-mail to mark.buonomo2.civ@army.mil.� Industry feedback may result in revisions to any or all of the draft documents.
