- DLA Aviation intends to issue a solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.5, utilizing lowest price technically acceptable procedures. The resulting award is intended to be firm-fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a quotation sufficient to determine capability which may be considered by the Agency. Quotes must be submitted no later than the closing date and time as listed. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website https://sam.gov and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. All quotes received after the closing date listed may be considered �late� and may not be considered for award. Description of requirements: V-22 Military Aircraft replacement of existing cleaning line (EIN 65923011861, 65923011862, 65923003972, 65923003974). The equipment is used to perform manual cleaning of various APU components from V-22 military aircraft. Per Purchase Description VIBB 23-30-1328 dated 13 September 2022. Performance period/completion date is 250 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination: Inspection/(Destination) and Acceptance/(Destination). Destination is: Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-East) MCAS Shop 93113, Building 137 Cherry Point, NC 28533-0021 A Complete technical data package VIBB 23-30-1328 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for: Cleaning Line replacement (x4) per the PD (VIBB# 23-30-1328)�� Rigging Training Shipping Installation IUID Tag � *A site visit is intended as part of the solicitation.�Fleet Readiness Center- East (FRC-East) site visit date/time will be�available as part of the solicitation. � Request for Quote SPE4A8-23-Q-0016 is anticipated to issue on or around 28 January 2022.� � FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Destination/Acceptance at Destination. � DLA-A intends to issue a restricted, 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation.� � A copy of the written solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil//rfp/rfprec.aspx?sn=spe4a823q0016 � Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF).
