Pre-Solicitation Notice for CATV Channels Subscription The U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source for Newborn Channel and My NICU Baby and affiliated on-line content through HealthClips. at Madigan Army Medical Center, Washington. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal, a solicitation will not be issued. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent, Ms. Ruby Mejias, ruby.m.mejias.civ@health.mil.
