All interested companies shall provide quotation(s) for the following brand name ONLY: Supplies Primary Care Service is expanding patient care services to another PACT teamlet, wherein 6 additional exam tables are needed. The chairs must high-low automatic exam tables with the following specifications: power back, 5% pelvic tilt, 60 watt front drawer heater and hospital-grade outlet (standard); 450-lb weight capacity; adjustable stirrups, easy-to-clean, seamless upholstery; return to chair feature on power back model. This will be posted as Brand Name for the Brewer 6501-21 Barrier Free, High Low, Power Exam Table, Clamshell in color.
