- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24423Q0303 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 339113 with a size standard of 750 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable IAW the attached solicitation document instructions. The Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located in Lebanon, PA has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal to MOPEC Ventilated Tissue Storage Cabinets and accessories as per the attached RFQ document. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to David Santiago, david.santiago2@va.gov no later than Tuesday January 10, 2023, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
