WOSB Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)
 

Description

NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Pacific Islands Regional Office (PIRO), Operations, Management, and Information division (OMI) has a need administrative support services. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task order as a result of this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Upon execution, the task order will continue for a base period of 12 months and two (2) additional 12 month option periods (if exercised) for a total period of performance from February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2026. The Contracting Officer may extend up to six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services (NOV 1999). This RFQ will be conducted pursuant to FAR 16.505 and in accordance with the MATOC ordering procedures. Quotes are solicited only from current and active WOSB MATOC contract holders. It is the Government�s intent to award a task order to the responsible contract holder whose quote, in conforming to the RFQ, represents the overall best value to the Government considering technical and price factors. The resultant awardee shall furnish services described in Attachment A Performance Work Statement (PWS).
