Description

This notice is posted on the Government Point of Entry� pursuant to DFARS 206.302-1, FAR 5.203(a), and in accordance with FAR 6.302-3, that Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract to Utah State University Research Foundation/Space Dynamics Laboratory, to provide essential engineering, research, and development services on the current VANTAGE Government Off-the-Shelf software for Marine Corps Systems Command. The Government intends to procure the essential engineering, research, and development services using Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-3, Industrial mobilization; engineering, developmental, or research capability; or expert services., through a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. Vendors who believe they have the capability to meet this requirement are invited to refer to the special notice posted in the Attachment/Links section of this RFI announcement.
