Description

Western Area Power Administration intends to award a sole source contract to QUALITY TRAINING SYSTEMS INC., 53 W 53 W Jackson BLVD STE 1736, Chicago, Illinois 60604-3606, United States, for a performance period of one year. Authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a sole-source requirement for Quality Training Database Maintenance and Support. Quality Training Database� (QTD�) QTD Deluxe (QTD-X), Test Development Tool (TDT), Employee Portal (EMP), and Remote Hosting modules are required to assist Western Area Power Administration in implementing an eLearning delivery system to meet its internal dispatcher and switchman authorization training needs for its internal customers, employees, and associated support personnel. QTS is the sole provider of their proprietary software and services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all interest and capability statements, including prices, received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611430; size standard is $13 million.
