Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for (30) Cordless Curing Light Kits for Northern Navajo Medical Center, Dental Department. The anticipated delivery date will be 90 days from the Award Date. The North American Industry Classification System or NAIC code 339114 � Dental Equipment, and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The Request for Quotations No. IHS1460971, using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by January 10, 2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by January 23, 2023. The acquisition is set-aside for Indian-Owned Small Business. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
