Description

Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for 55 4-day Breckenridge Ski Lift Tickets.� The Government is contemplating a sole source award to The Vail Corporation (CAGE: 5TTV1), under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Proposed contract action will be a purchase order for the identified items and quantities and not to exceed $250,000. Contract is planned to be awarded by 19 January 2023. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The sole source justification has been posted under this synopsis.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 713920, and the small business size standard is $35.0M.� This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
