- This notice serves as an official Request for Proposal (RFP) in regards to the Centrifuge-Based Flight Environment Training (CFET) Contract commencing FY-23. This request includes all applicable Attachments and Exhibits.�All volumes of the proposal shall be received electronically prior to the closing date/time stated in this solicitation (see Block 9 of the cover-page). Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) (https://safe.apps.mil/) shall be used for proposal submission.
