- Overview: The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Procurement, on behalf of USSOCOM Program Executive Office � SOF Warrior (PEO-SW), is requesting feedback from industry regarding the following documents�in preparation for an anticipated upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for Special Operations Forces Linguist Support Services II (LSS II). Draft SF33 / H92402-23-D-0002 Atch 1 - Draft Statement of Work Atch 2 - Draft DD254 Atch 3 - Draft Rate Card Atch 4 - Draft Site Map Atch 6 - Draft Initial Capability Atch 7 - Draft Section L � Instructions to Offerors Atch 8 - Draft Section M � Evaluation Factors for Award Atch 9 - Draft Past Performance Questionnaire Atch 10 - Draft Subcontractor Past Performance Consent Atch 11 - Draft Letter of Commitment Draft RFP Comment Matrix Requirement: Linguist Support Services II is a highly specialized requirement. The Government may require a certain number of linguists to receive training in Special Skills, which includes, but is not limited to parachuting, rappelling, fast roping, and other insertion/extraction techniques. If required, the Government will provide Special Skills training. Individuals selected for Special Skills training shall pass the U.S. Army Physical Fitness Test (pushups, sit-ups, and 2-mile run) and be able to complete a 3-mile trail hike in under 60 minutes while carrying a 30-lbs. ruck sack. Additionally, the Government will require vendors to possess a final Top Secret Facility Clearance with approved safeguarding at the minimum Secret level as accredited by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) at the time of proposal submittal. Further information related to the specific performance parameters of this requirement is available in Attachment 2 � Draft Statement of Work. USSOCOM�s Special Operations Forces Linguist Support Services (LSS) are currently acquired under contract H92222-13-C-0053, which is scheduled to end 14 August 2023. LSS II will be a follow-on effort with a coordinated transition between the existing contract and the new award.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this potential requirement is 541930 - Translation and Interpretation Services.
