Description
SIAS provides services on a worldwide basis to any component of the FBI where the delivery of contractor-provided intelligence analysis and related services is deemed appropriate and necessary by the FBI. �The Quoter shall provide qualified personnel to assist the FBI in managing and implementing projects and programs as defined in individual BPA Calls.� Personnel will perform a range of advisory and assistance services for intelligence analysis and related services.� Performance for the FBI of the BPA Calls shall primarily take place onsite at FBI facilities in Washington, D.C. and northern Virginia, though support at any FBI or DOJ Site may be required.� Unless otherwise stated in subsequent BPA Calls, Contractor personnel performing at a FBI facility shall be provided with a work space that includes all necessary equipment (e.g., computer, printer access, office supplies, etc.) to perform the tasks required.� All specified travel and place of performance shall be CONUS and OCONUS.� At a minimum, all personnel, assigned to support this BPA shall have an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance, as required, prior to reporting to an FBI site.� Certain BPA Calls will require SCI and polygraphs. �Performance under this BPA shall require the Contractor to follow FBI regulations and relevant directives required by other government agencies.� � The fundamental scope of the SIAS BPA is to provide a streamlined process to support the FBI�s need for intelligence analysis support services.� The labor categories that are within scope of this BPA are the following: CLIN Labor Category 1�Task/Project Manager 2�Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert 4 3�Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert 3 4�Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert 2 5�Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert 1 6�Intelligence Analyst 5 7�Intelligence Analyst 4 8�Intelligence Analyst 3 9�Intelligence Analyst 2 10 Intelligence Analyst 1 The Government reserves the right during BPA administration as needs emerge to add additional labor categories to the SIAS BPAs to include for example new labor categories that are within the general scope of intelligence analysis services.� See Attachment 2 for complete labor category descriptions. The Contractor shall provide services to accomplish the tasks they have been awarded and are further described in the sections below.� The BPA Calls issued by ordering activities and awarded to the Contractor can be one, some, or all of the tasks herein.�
