THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.� THEREFORE, FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY.� IDIQ TASK ORDER PROJECT NUMBER 589A5-21-101 INSTALL ADDITIONAL LIFE SAFETY ELEVATORS IN BUILDINGS 4 AND 5 AT COLMERY � O�NEIL VAMC IN TOPEKA KS. THE ATTACHED PROJECT REQUIREMENTS SPECS AND DRAWING ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Project Specifics: This project will engage a Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to install an additional elevator in Building 4, install an additional elevator in Building 5, and upgrade elevators campus wide. Work includes general construction, alterations, necessary removal of existing structures and construction, concrete (buildings only), steel, openings, conveying equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, millwork, permanently mounted equipment, interior finishes, and certain other items. Magnitude: Between 2,000,000.00 and 5,000,000.00
