Description

1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25623Q0357. 3. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-01 (eff. 12/30/2022) 4. This requirement is Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 335910 with a size standard of 1250 5. Place of Performance: Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS 400 Veterans Ave Bldg 26 Biloxi, MS 39531. 6. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be a base period of 180 days after award. 9.All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Contracting Officer, Anthony Marion at anthony.marion2@va.gov no later than 10:00A.M. Central Time on January 23, 2023. 10.Quotes are due no later than January 27, 2023.at 10:00A.M.
