- SOURCES SOUGHT SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Solicitation Number:� � � � � � � � � � �Notice Type: FA8224-23-EnhancedPolymers� � � Sources Sought Synopsis: Notice: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. 2. Program Details: The RAPID Innovation Center at Hill Air Force Base, Utah requires the purchase for MAGICS software and modules to setup and process parts for advanced 3D Printers. 3. Instructions: The Government requests interested parties provide the following information (please limit your response to no more than 4 pages): a. Company Name and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. b. Name, phone number, and email address for point of contact(s). c. The applicable NAICS Code for this acquisition is 513210. Based on this NAICS Code, what is your size status? ______ Small Business ______ Small Disadvantaged ______ Women-Owned ______ Veteran-Owned ______ Service-Disabled Veteran Owned ______ Hub-Zone ______ 8(a) ______ Large Business d. Are you currently registered in SAM.gov and WAWF? e. The NAICS Code selected for this potential requirement is 513210, which has a size standard of $47.0 Million. If you disagree and/or recommend a NAICS Code other than 513210, please submit that comment to the requiring activity along with what NAICS Code you believe this should be classified under; however, please do not wait for an amendment to this request. The due date for the market survey will remain at February 2, 2023. This date will not be extended. f. Provide any authorized distributor letters as necessary for non-manufactured items that state you are authorized distributors for Hill AFB, Utah. You are encouraged to provide any documentation to support your business�s capability in meeting the requirements. Failure to provide this type of documentation may result in the Government being unable to adequately assess your business�s capabilities to supply the software and associated equipment. g.
