January 20, 2023 This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is amended as follows: 1.�� Included the Questions and Answers document providing answers to the questions received on the RFQ by January 16, 2023, as part of this RFQ.� Please go to the Attachments section of this Notice for the Questions and Answers document (RFQ-2023-R-002 SRC Broadcast Studio Upgrades - QsAs Final).� 2.�� Included APPENDIX B - SH-405_GroundPlan as part of this RFQ.� Please go to the Attachments section of this Notice for this APPENDIX. 3.�� STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) a.�� Changed title to � RFQ-2023-R-002 STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Senate Republican Conference (SRC) Broadcast Studio Upgrade Rev. 1-20-2023 b.�� Added the following to section 4.2 � ����� The Offeror shall include, if any, those equipment upgrades and installation of those upgrades necessary to meet Offerror�s design and the systems� hardware and software proposed for the Studio. c.�� All references to PRICING TABLE are revised to reflect the date REV. 1-20-2023, as follows:� PRICING TABLE REV. 1-20-2023. d.�� All references to ATTACHMENT A1 are revised to reflect the date REV. 1-20-2023, as follows:� ATTACHMENT A-1, REV. 1-20-2023. e.��� The due date for submitting quotations is changed to February 3, 2023.
