- Description
- RECYCLING SERVICES - BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS, ANADARKO AGENCY The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a need for a Contractor to provide recycling services for the BIA, Anadarko Agency in accordance with the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions of the solicitation. This procurement is being set-aside exclusively for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) as defined under the Buy Indian Regulations 48 CFR PART 1480. Only those vendors that are registered in sam.gov as a small Native owned business under the stated NAICS Code can submit a bid. All bidders will need to be registered and active at the time bids are due. Those not registered will be eliminated and determined as non-responsive. Potential contractors will be required to complete the ISBEE Certification Form and submit it with their bid. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, with a business size standard of $41.5mil. All bidders will need to be registered in SAM at the time of bid opening under this NAICS Code. If not, your bid will not be considered. QUOTE SUBMITTALS: Quotes can be submitted via mail, email or hand delivered. All quotes are due February 17, 2023, 2:00 pm Central Standard time and should include the following; 1. SF-1449 2. Bid Schedule 3. Technical/Past Performance as stated under Section L 4. ISBEE Certification Form
