ADVERTISEMENT PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 47PE0323R0001 DOS VSR 27th Floor Summit Federal Building ATLANTA, GEORGIA The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4 announces its intent to -advertise a formal announcement opportunity for excellence in general �construction.� This �opportunity shall be for General Construction in Atlanta, Georgia and shall appear on/or about February 2023.�� The Project Name and Location: Construction of Space for Summit Federal Building, Department of State� 27th Floor 401, Atlanta, GA. Project Summary Description: this is for construction services required to relocate the Department of State from leased space to federal space on the 27th floor of� the Peachtree Summit Federal Building (GA0087AD), in Atlanta, GA.� The project entails a complete interior buildout of the 27th floor of the Peachtree Summit Federal Building, located in downtown Atlanta, GA. The project includes demolition of existing interior, non-structural walls and finishes, new interior layout, new building systems layouts, new interior room layouts, new finishes, and associated work with the building infrastructure. The project includes a horizontal fire separation, public lobby, office areas, file processing areas, and new restrooms. The project is anticipated to replace two existing air handling units that serve the floor. The project is seeking LEED CI 4.0, Silver Certification. �THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� A RESPONSE TO THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT REQUIRED.
