Description

Amendment No. 01 is being issued to revise the Final Testing and and Acceptance requirements location from SLAC to Vendor Location. As a result of the above revision, the following pages of the RFP are being deleted and replaced as follows: (1) Section C, ""Technical Requirements and Statement of Work� for LCLS Laser System dated January 5, 2023"" is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Section� C,� ""Technical Requirements and Statement of Work for LCLS Laser System dated January 19, 2023, Revision A."" (2)� Section E, ""Inspection and Acceptance"" issued with the original RFP on 1/6/2023 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Section E, ""Inspection and Acceptance,"" Amendment No. 01 PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED AMENDMENT NO. 01 DOCUMENT FOR COMPLETE INFORMATION The RFP due date remains the same - January 27, 2023, 5:00 PM PST. SLAC invites interested vendors to submit a firm-fixed-price proposal in accordance with Line Items in Section B of this RFP and the proposal preparation requirements and other applicable provided documents. Your proposal must be received no later than Monday, January 27, 2023, 5:00 PM Pacific, and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions can be provided by electronic files in PDF format.�
