Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice to determine the capabilities of small business firms for a small business set-aside. If your firm is a Small Business, certified HUBZone, 8A, Woman- Owned Small Business or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business and you are interested in this project please respond appropriately.� This notice does not constitute a solicitation announcement, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. No solicitation or technical scope of services is available at this time. The Government will use the responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT notice to make acquisition decisions. Small businesses are strongly encouraged to review this SOURCES SOUGHT and submit according to the directions in this notice. Contract duration is estimated to be 5 Years, NAICS code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, which has a size standard of $19.0 million in average annual receipts.� Award of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract is being considered.� This contract will have a period of performance of 5 years and have an estimated capacity of $5M. Project includes performing circuit breaker testing on high consequence circuits, arc flash risk assessments, motor winding insulation (megger) testing. Base deliverables for each project include the documentation on the arc flash risk assessment, warning sticker application, circuit breaker testing results report, and megger testing results report, circuit breaker replacement, and general electrical maintenance efforts.� Contractors must be certified to ANSI/NETA ETT, Standard for Certification of Electrical Testing Technicians, Level 3. All interested Small Business, certified HUBZone, 8A, Woman- Owned Small Business or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business contractors should respond to this SOURCES SOUGHT by email no later than 13 February 2023 by 10:00 AM.� The following requests are designed to apprise the US Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, of any prospective small business project execution capabilities. �Please provide your response to the following. Provide up to 5 of your most relevant projects completed within the past 10 years. The submission is limited to 12 total pages of information. Responses should include: 1. Identification and verification of the company's small business status. 2. Contractor's Unique Identifier Number and CAGE Code(s). 3. Documentation from the firm's bonding company showing current single and aggregate performance and payment bond limits. 4. Descriptions of Experience - Interested firms must provide specification sheets for all equipment to determine if the firm can provide the requested equipment. Provide a description of your firm�s past experience on completed projects within the last ten years which are similar to this project in scope.� a. Projects similar in scope to this project include: Arc flash analysis, major electrical testing or inspection, or general electrical maintenance of large, complex facilities. b. Projects similar in size to this project include: Projects that include work on facilities with a 480V, 3-phase electrical service of at least 240kVa. c. Based on the information above, for each project submitted, include: Current percentage of projects complete and the date when it was or will be completed. Scope of the project. Size of the project. The dollar value of the contract. Identify the number of subcontractors by trade utilized for each project. The portion and percentage of the project that was self-performed. Successful completion of projects similar in size and scope as described above.
