PURPOSE The purpose of this special notice is to provide industry an opportunity to review the Government's draft Statement of Work (SOW) for RRL FY24 Content Conversion.� Also provided with this special notice is the Government's draft list of required CDRLs and draft SOW Appendix C (Terms & Definitions) Aligned with SOW Appendix I (Media Characteristics).� This information is DRAFT and subject to change as the Government proceeds with requirements development and drafting of a potential solicitation.� Feedback on the draft SOW, CDRL List, and SOW Appendix C & I are welcome.� Any feedback shall be submitted to the primary point of contact identified in this special notice with a carbon copy (cc) to the secondary point of contact: Primary POC:� Austin Brookshire, austin.e.brookshire.civ@us.navy.mil Secondary POC:� David Kors, david.a.kors.civ@us.navy.mil There are no other documents available to share at this time.� Please continue to check the Contract Opportunities section of SAM.gov for future information regarding this effort.
