- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. �� QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.� The solicitation number 12FPC323Q0012 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 & 13 are being utilized.� The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation.� Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government.��� This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 effective December 30, 2022.�� This solicitation is being conducted as a 100% small business set-aside.� The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720, Janitorial Services; the size standard is $19.5 million.� For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size. �Active SAM registration is required in order to be awarded this contract and must remain active throughout the period of performance. ���� Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS):� See Attachment 2, Quote Sheet.��� Description of Services:�� The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide janitorial/cleaning services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), provisions and clauses, and current wage determination(s) hereby made a part of this solicitation. ���� Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance: ���� The performance period for the base year is estimated to be April 1, 2023 � March 31, 2024.� The performance period of any Option Periods exercised thereafter will be April 1 through March 31.��� Place of performance will be in USDA-NRCS Arizona Plant Materials Center (PMC) located in Tucson, Arizona according to the attached PWS. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, February 27, 2023 at 8:00am local time at the Tucson PMC located at 3241 N. Romero Rd., Tucson, Arizona. � Note: this site visit is strictly for a walk-through, any/all questions must be submitted in writing to Amy Smith, Contract Specialist no later than February 27, 2023, 5:00pm ET.
