Description

The 136th Airlift Wing requires a new standing seam metal roof on the Medical Group�building 1740. The existing standing seam metal roof system is at the end of its service life and replacement is now required. It is the intent for the old standing seam metal roof to be removed and a new standing seam roof with gutters and downspouts to be installed in its place. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date:� 9 March 2023 (b) Site Visit Time:� 10:00 AM (CST) (c) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation at the above listed time, at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas (Zip Code - 76127).� In order to obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and michael.meeks@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the name (as it appears on government-issued identification) and company name of each attendee. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
