- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 Effective 12/30/22. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, with a small business size standard of $30,000,000. The PSC is J065. See the attached SF1449 for solicitation details. Quotes are due no later than 5pm PT on 03/20/23.
