This is an AMENDMENT 4 TO SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to clarify that this requirement is not related to the Department of Defense Privacy/Freedom of information Act Information Management System (DPIMS) requirement. ********** This is an AMENDMENT 3 TO SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to clarify that DISA is seeking information for an existing commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) based solution to install on-premise.� There is a requirement for data migration that may need some custom work as listed in the requirements.� *********** This is an Amendment 2 TO SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to notify contractors that they are responsible for setting up partnerships and teaming arrangements if such an arrangement is required. ********** This is an AMENDMENT 1 TO SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to clarify the title �FOIA Express� is not in relation to a specific product/service. It is the acquisition title of a salient characteristic product/service that DISA is attempting to procure. Please see SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for further details. ********** DISA is seeking information from potential sources for a software solution that manages the entire lifecycle of document review and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, including request management, electronic document review and redaction, and artificial intelligence services.
