Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to LSC Environmental Products, 2183 Pennsylvania Ave., Apalachin, NY 13732. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. This requirement is for (84) Eighty-Four Posi-Shell� Brown Base Mix 500-lb Bags for Landfill aboard Camp Lejuene, NC.� The Brown Base mix is a ground cover required to reduce smell of waster water and help prevent environment waste.
