THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A Sources Sought notice is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. �The intent of this Sources Sought�notice is to provide non-personal services for�Food Service Support for Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, Colorado.� The contemplated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Upon review of industry responses to this Sources Sought, the Government will determine the solicitation strategy.� The Government intends to solicit and award a contract for EACH Food Services Support starting in FY24. The proposed NAICS Code is 722310 - Food Service Contractors.� A response to this Sources Sought notice will not be considered an adequate response to any forthcoming solicitation announcement.�There is no solicitation available at this time. Medical Readiness Contracting Office � West (MRCO-W) is seeking eligible businesses capable of providing non-personal services for food service support to EACH Nutrition Care Division.� See the ""Draft"" Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further information. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:�It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office�a brief capabilities statement. This document shall address, at a minimum, the following: 1) Written narrative of Contractor�s capability to provide non-personal services for EACH Food Service Support; 2) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and applicable business size; 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business or large business; and 3)� Point of Contact information to include name, email address, telephone and fax numbers. Responses must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time on Tuesday, 21 March 2023 to brenda.m.ferjak.civ@health.mil and randall.p.cummins.civ@health.mil. The Government WILL NOT provide a debrief on the results of the survey and will not reimburse for any cost associated with preparing a response. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended
