Description

Amendment 2 The purpose of this amendment is to: Provide answers to vendor submitted questions in response to the solicitation and site visit held 16 Feb 2023.� Please reference Attachment No. 4 � Questions and Answers. Revise Attachment No. 2 � JB CHS Giant Voice System SOW, and change the title of the attachment to Attachment No. 2 � JB CHS Giant Voice System SOW � 16 Mar 2023. Solicitation herby incorporates Attachments No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 to include JB CHS-AB and WS map legends, site visit sign-in sheet, photos of flight line pole & integration module, and Wage Determinations for Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester and Orangeburg counties. Combo paragraph (ix) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items has been revised. Adds Technical Evaluation Sub-Factor 4: Blackberry AtHoc integration confirmation. Solicitation Response Date is hereby changed from 21 Mar 2023 to 31 Mar 2023 by 2:00 PM EST. Offerors are advised, due to changes/revisions resulting from offeror submitted questions Offerors should read/review the amended solicitation, COMBO, SOW, and all attachments to the solicitation. All other solicitation information remains unchanged an in full effect. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 1 : The purpose of this amendment is to: Change the solicitation response date from 7 Mar 2023 to 21 Mar 2023 by 2:00 PM EST. The questions and answers are forthcoming and will be incorporated into the solicitation once finalized.
