Provides RFP OPA Analytics rev1, dated 23 Mar 2023. 4. Provide Attachment 1, Analytics PWS rev1, dated 23 Mar 2023 5. Provides Attachment 2 rev1, dated 23 Mar 2023. 6. Provides Exhibit A, Price Workbook rev1, dated 23 Mar 2023. Note revisions are in bold blue font. Items in red font and striked-through are deletions. On behalf of the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), Office of PeopleAnalytics (OPA), the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal AcquisitionService, Assisted Acquisition Services Region 9, herebby issues this Request for Proposal (47QFPA23R0001), to obtain Analytical Support for the Office PeopleAnalytics Centers for Health & Resilience (H&R) and Retention & Readiness(R&R). This effort is dedicated to utilizing data to formulate, monitor, and refine policies and programs affecting the morale, health, well-being compensation,benefits, training, selection, assignments, readiness, and retention of DoDpersonnel and their families. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and 12 attachments, and 1 exhibit for details. GSA intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with a five-year ordering period. The incumbent contractor is Fors Marsh Group, which currently provides services under IDIQcontract # 47QFPA18D0004. Question related to the RFP must be received at or before 12 PM (PDT) 14 March 2023.
