Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Outdoor Odyssey, of Boswell, PA 15531, to provide training, lodging, and meals to JROTC Cadets and Cadre during their JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge� (JCLC) to be held 6-9 June 2023, and 19-22 June 2023. All standards set in the draft PWS (attached) must be met. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 31 March 2023, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the Award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 31 March 2023, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) to MICC � Fort Knox, Cara Johnson at cara.j.johnson.civ@army.mil. Responses shall include the following: 1. Company name and address. 2. Statement of interest meeting all requirements listed above. 3. A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities. 4. CAGE code or DUNS number. 5. Point of Contact name and phone number.
