CLIN s 0001-0002 apply to the following MTR s MTR # MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS METHOD OF EVALUATION MTR 1 Freezers: Lab must be medical grade designed to store hospital laboratory products and specimens. Literature Review MTR 2 Freezers: Lab must have a temperature must be capable of -30 degrees Celsius. Literature Review MTR 3 Freezers: Lab must be upright.
