- Description
- USAGM THAILAND TRANSMITTING STATION, RASON AYUTTHAYA, THAILAND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain transportation services for the U.S. Government at USAGM, Thailand Transmitting Station (USAGM/TTS), Rasom Ayutthaya, Thailand.� The successful offeror shall provide all vehicles and drivers to support daily operations. The successful offeror shall provide air-conditioned vehicles and drivers necessary to safely transport station personnel to/from the USAGM/TTS station each day. �The Government will measure the Contractor�s work by monitoring station arrival times and customer complaints.�� Services generally consist of transporting station employees from the City of Bangkok, Bang Pa-in and Khan Ham Ayutthaya to USAGM/TTS station in Rasom Ayutthaya and back to these locations. The contract contains certain ordering provisions by which the Contracting Officer or his/her representative may require additional amounts of service for temporary additional daily requirements or for specified periods of time.� Examples of these services would include but not be limited to procurement trips within the local area, mail runs, or to allow USAGM staff to attend meetings or special events at the U.S. Embassy or other locations.� The succesful offeror shall be reimbursed the actual reasonable cost of these temporary additional services based on the per kilometer fixed rate established in B.2, not to exceed 5,000 kilometers annually.� Any temporary additional services that may exceed 5,000 kilometers, the not to exceed amount, requires prior written approval by the USAGM Contracting Officer. The successful offeror shall include all planning, administration, and management necessary to assure that all services comply with this contract, and all applicable laws and regulations.� The successful offeror shall meet all of the standards of performance identified in the contract.� The successful offeror shall perform all related support functions such as supply, subcontracting, quality control, financial oversight, and maintenance of complete records and files. The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) commercial contract to the responsible offeror submitting a proposal which has been determined to be the best value to the Government. USAGM intends to award a contract based on initial proposals without holding discussions, although USAGM reserves the right to conduct ���discussions with the offeror or offerors. Proposals are due by Thursday, May 04, 2023, 12:00 Noon U.S. Eastern Daylight Time.
