Solicitation Number: SPRRA1-23-R-0047 Set Aside Code:� N/A Response Date:� 19 April 2023 (15 Days) Description: No telephone requests will be accepted.� Direct your requests and communications to ATTN:DLA-AVN, Lesley Odom, Contract Specialist, via email: lesley.odom@dla.mil.� For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name, Cage Code and a telephone number. PRON: AX3R3027AX.� The Government proposes to acquire a One Time Buy Firm fixed contract, a quantity of three (3) each of Pod Assembly; NSN: 6625-01-627-3011, Part Number: 09-0104-31 in support of the CH-46 Chinook Helicopter Weapon System. Production Lead Time (PLT) with Contractor First Article Testing is, 690 Days After Contract Award (DACA).� PLT without First Article Testing is 360 DACA with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Ultrax Aerospace, Inc., CAGE Code: 07PR7 This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item� drawing or Altered Item Drawing).� This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100.� All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.� Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing: usarmy.redstone.devcom-avmc.mbx.amr-ss-sar@army.mil.� The contractor shall be capable of successfully performing and complying with any and all special requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation annotated above, at the unit prices established at time of a contract award.� The contractor will be responsible for recurring and nonrecurring engineering services associated with becoming a qualified source.� The contractor will also be responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing/production process, including but not limited to: supply chain management, logistics, forecasting of parts, long-lead parts procurement, material forecasting, obsolescence issues and final delivery of assets as well as any and all additional costs incurred resulting from contract performance. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.� The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.� Foreign Firms are reminded that all requires for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
