- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION (NSWCPD) IN SUPPORT OF THE NAVAL FOUNDRY AND PROPELLER CENTER (NFPC) SUBJECT:� NFPC commissioned the SU-23 Pama Speedram 1000HP, SerialPG8223 Spring of 2019 and SU-24 Pama Speedram 1000HP, Serial #PGB241 machine was commissioned in summer of 2021. It requires a preventative maintenance plan, corrective maintenance plan, and a full functional geometric and accuracy qualification to keep the machine running in optimal condition. This requirement is sole sourced to Pama Incorporated (CAGE: 7BU28). THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing the supplies/services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition. SOURCES SOUGHT DATE: 04 April 2023 CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: N64498 NAICS CODE: 333517 CLASSIFICATION CODE (PSC/FSC): J020 TECHNICAL CODE:� Foundry ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE:� September 2023 RESPONSE DATE: 14 April 2023 ANTICIPATED SET-ASIDE:� Sole Sourced to Pama Inc. CONTACT POINTS:� Karette Brissett Contract Type � A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) is anticipated.� This requirement will be awarded to the lowest priced offeror who agrees to the term and conditions of the RFQ. Delivery Date � Various dates Personnel Security Clearance � See attached Statement of Work (SOW). Work Location Requirements � Naval Foundry and Propeller Center; Philadelphia, PA. Scope � NFPC currently has a SU-23 Pama Speedram 1000HP, SerialPG8223 Spring of 2019 and SU-24 Pama Speedram 1000HP, Serial #PGB241 machine was commissioned in summer of 2021. It requires a preventative maintenance plan, corrective maintenance plan, and a full functional geometric and accuracy qualification to keep the machine running in optimal condition. The scope of work comprises of contractor to provide on-site visits for the Pama machines consisting of either preventative or corrective maintenance or functional/full geometric accuracy qualifications. Additionally, the 2 machines utilize 4 different clamping heads which require periodic maintenance once they reach 2400 operational hours. If hours are reached during contract period, refurbishment, attachment and startup service will be requested under each heads� respective CLIN. The contractor is responsible for performing the tasks listed in Section 3.0, Requirements found in Attachment (1) Statement of Work (SOW). Capability Statements: Interested businesses are invited to submit capability statements, not to exceed 3 double spaced, single-sided pages in length, demonstrating their ability to fulfill this requirement.� Capability Statements must address, at a minimum the following: Section 1: Introduction.� Identify the Sources Sought Number and Title Section 2: Corporate Description.� Name of Company and address Ownership, including whether:� Small, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Points of contact, including: Name, title, phone, and e-mail address CAGE Code and DUNS Number �(1) A complete description of the offeror�s capabilities (including technical, program management, prototyping, etc.) related experience, Authorization Letter from Pama Inc. stating that the contractor can perform the requirements within the SOW, facilities, techniques, or unique combination of factors that would directly relate to the Government�s objectives as stated in the attached SOW, Section 2. Past/Current Performance.� Provide one (1) example of prior/current experience providing preventative and corrective for the SU-24 Pama Speedram 1000HP, Serial #PGB241 machine in production to support Navy�s Virginia and Columbia Programs and scope within the last three years, including contract number, organization supported, indication of whether as a prime or subcontractor, contract values, Government point of contact with current telephone number, and a brief description of how the referenced contract relates to the requirements described in the SOW.
