Salient Characteristics The VA Northern Indiana Health care system has a need for Induction Heated Meal Tray Delivery system at its Marion facility with the following specifications: Equipment Required: Two induction meal delivery system activator unit that takes no more than 18 seconds per heating cycle System must have a temperature hold time of 145 degrees F or above for 45 minutes or more with the dome on The power requirements must be 208-240v Automatic shut off At least 1-year parts and 1-year labor warranty Company to provide backup equipment at no charge when the heated meal delivery system is needing repaired Convected Air Dish Heater Quantity needed: 1 each Must hold a minimum of 100 9 China dishes The power requirements must be 208 240v Tray Delivery Cart Quantity needed: 2 each 24 Tray Capacity Double Door Must be able to hold 15 x 20 trays 4.5 5 tray spacing Noise reduction wheel and cart design Side loading, double doors Contains Floor Drains Bumper for cart and wall protection Stainless steel Accessories Required: Black induction bases that stay cool to the touch and are safe to handle without cloves or a base lifter.
