Description: The Operation, Maintenance, and Continued Development of the Small Business Customer Exchange (SBCX) Portal. �This U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) requirement is for both: (1) system operations, which encompasses system design and functionality; and (2) maintenance, which encompasses continued operations and system modifications to include development as required. This system provides OSDBU with a single interface for business management that provides improved interactions with users and better reporting capabilities to actively monitor Small Business Programs oversight, performance, and achievement.�
