- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Moab Delineated Area: N: HIGHWAY 191, COLORADO RIVER PASSING E: S SPANISH VALLEY DR S: OLD AIRPORT RD AND HIGHWAY 191 W 500 W AND RIMROCK LANE Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,909 Space Type: Mixed Use Parking Spaces (Total) :8 Full Term: 144 Months Firm Term: 120 Months Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
