- Move/Assemble/Disassemble/Install Furniture for Fort Meade, Hot Springs, and Rapid City VA Health Care System.� This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures).� Solicitation number 36C26323Q0545 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is a total Small Business set-aside. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) SAM.gov | Home database and the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) �https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at time of offer to the government. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 484210 with a size standard of $34.0 million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide services to the Fort Meade Health Care System, 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741, Hot Springs Health Care System, 500 North 5th St., Hot Springs SD 57747, and Rapid City CBOC, 2165 Promise Rd, Rapid City, 57701. The period of performance is 4-25-2023 to 4-24-2024 for the base year period of performance. Technical questions on this solicitation are due via e-mail only to Robert Bennett, Contracting Specialist, at robert.bennett8@va.gov no later than 12:00 pm on 4/25/2023. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by 12:00 pm on 5/2/2023. Quotes are required to be emailed to robert.bennett8@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contracting Officer before the solicitation closing.
