Update: Amendment 5 has been issued on 24 April 23 to provide a revised PWS (Addendum A) and Clauses & Provisions (Addendum D). The due date for submission of quotations has been extended to 1:00PM MST 26 April 2023.� Update Amendment 3.� (14 April 2023).� The RFQ has been updated to chagne teh quote submission due date.� The due date has been changed to� 11:00 am (Mountain Time) 19 April 2023.� No other changes were made.�� SOLICITATION Number: FA251723Q0025 SUBJECT: Peterson SFB Pool Maintenance i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. The Request for Quotation (RFQ), FA251723Q0025 is for the 21st Civil Engineering Squadron (21 CES) at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO for Pool Maintenance to be completed in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Addenda A).
