Description

This is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS is issuing Solicitation W912HZ23R0011 for Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The period of performance will be a multiple year contract with One (1) Base Year (12 months) with Four (4) Option Years plus One (1) Six (6) months option. This solicitation is Unrestricted and the designated NAICS Code 811310 with Size Standard of $11,000.000.00.
