Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Description of Requirements:� �General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Services (PBS) Project Management Division is requesting one Dales Carnegie course for up to 18 associates on Develop Your Leadership Potential training. This training is required for Project Managers to enhance their skill sets/competencies required & help maintain their certifications and benefits Architects and Engineers staff. In accordance with FAR 6.3 and 13.106-1(b), the following justification is hereby provided for soliciting from a single source:�FAR 6.302-1 Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. Support for Justification - what is unique about the supply/service OR what makes this urgent:� An extensive search of Google and GSA e library failed to identify any company other Dale Carnegie that could deliver the requested training. Many sources provided project management courses; however, they did not provide the required course objectives and requirements specific to GSA Project Management needs as outlined by the customer
