Description

This is a combined sypnosis/solicitation for NTV rental for 4ID JRTC rotation at Fort Polk, LA. The period of performance is 4 Jan - 13 Feb 2023. Requesting 15 4X4 Extended Cab Pick Up truck for training purposes, the area of Performance will be on Fort Polk, Lousiana. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The requirement is set aside 100% for total small business. The small business size standard $41.5 Million, NAICS Code: 532120. Calls will not be received, any questions must be emailed to Jonathan Lebron, jonathan.lebron.mil@army.mil and Farah Surin, farah.surin.civ@army.mil Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov to be considered for contract award. This combined sypnosis/solicitation will close at 12:00 PM MDT on 27 December 2022. Quoatations received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 (f) and will not be evaluated. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discunssions if it is in the best interest of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable. All questions must be submittted no later than 1:00 PM MDT on 21 December 2022 to both Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer at the above email addresses. E-mail is the preferred method for questions. Request shall be marked with Solicitation number. Please include pictures or specifications of vehicles quoted.�
