- Description
- This requirement is for Circuit Card Assemblies for use at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD).� These prototype and production Printed Circuit Boards and Circuit Card Assemblies will be used to support deployment of targets used for threat simulation..� Using Government-provided technical data packages, the contractor shall provide one or more of the following:� manufacture Printed Circuit Boards and/or Finished Circuit Card Assemblies for the NAWCWD. This will be 100% Small Business Set-aside, with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Contracts (MAC) to fulfill this requirement under the authority of and in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Contract awardees will be allowed a fair opportunity to compete for orders valued at greater than $10,000 under this requirement. Delivery of all line items will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination with the destination and time defined at each delivery order.� All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated period of performance for this procurement is 27 September 2023 to 26 September 2028. The solicitation or Request For Quote (RFQ) will be posted on at https://beta.sam.gov/. All offers shall include the RFQ number N6893623Q0001. Complete details are provided in the RFQ. Offers must include all information as requested in the written RFQ (SF1449). All responsible offers will be considered for award. This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government.
