Description

Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) requires services to provide and support a Mixed Reality Leadership Experience (MLRx) using a Virtual Avatar Laboratory (VAL) known as Live Simulation. As part of ACSC�s Leadership Curriculum, the MRLx is a unique opportunity for its students to practice and apply the theories and concepts of leadership, command, and interpersonal relations in a realistic live interaction simulation. This training will prepare ACSC students for overcoming challenging and complex situations they will face in the human domain, strengthening their leadership, emotional intelligence, and decision-making.
