- Description
- This contract action was not awarded competitively and was not fixed price. The sole source procurement was approved by Justification and Approval #23-07 under the authority of 6.302-1 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. See attached Justification and Approval documentation. This performance-based Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) contract is to integrate new systems and services into the former Enterprise Corps (ECX) programs, now a part of the Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power (SDA&CP, SSC/SZ), Warfighter Enterprise (SZY) and the Battle Mananagement, Commmand, Control and Communications (BMC3), gain support for new and on-going efforts in all phases of the acquisition life cycle and standardize systems engineering processes across the three programs. Services acquired under this contracting action will support Defensive Cyber Operations Space (DCO-S, SZYO), the Space Training Acquisition Office (STAO, SZYS) Programs integration requirements by establishing relationships, processes and other execution tools needed to overcome the technical, operational and cultural challenges of operational acceptance. This contract will standardize, where appropriate, SE&I capabilities across SZY programs by bringing the individual systems engineering processes to acceptable levels of maturity and then making these processes common across these programs as appropriate. Similarly, the services will support Information Mobility (IM, SSC/BCTI).
