- DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, and management necessary to perform the MACC. The MACC is a multiple award, design-build indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) construction acquisition described in a General Statement of Work, Base Standards, and Special Contract Procedures.� Projects executed under the MACC are defined with each individual task order. The work will consist of multiple disciplines in construction to include repair, alteration, and construction of real property improvements on Andersen Air Force Base and Northwest Field, Guam. MAGNITUDE (FAR 36.204 & DFARS 236.204): Seed Project: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 Overall Program: $250,000,000 - $500,000,000 LOCATION OF WORK: Andersen AFB, Guam TENTATIVE DATE OF ISSUE: The solicitation number for this acquisition will be FA524023R0010 and will be available for retrieval at SAM.gov once posted on or about 15 May 2023. RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45 million. CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award PLANS & INSPECTION: Available planning documentation will be provided in the solicitation.� A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be advertised in the solicitation.� OTHER INFORMATION: The solicitation for this acquisition will be issued electronically and will be publicized via SAM.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for retrieving their own copy of the solicitation and all associated documents as no paper copies will be furnished. No offeror mailing list will be maintained. Interested offerors should register at the SAM.gov website to receive notification of any additions/changes to the publicized solicitation. Interested offerors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor, utilizing the �Vendor Notification Service� link within the �Register to Receive Notification� function. All offerors must be registered within the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Electronic bidding will be utilized for this acquisition.
