Section 1.� Submittal Information Issue Date: 04/28/2023 Due date for responses: 05/09/2023 � 4:00 PM Eastern Time Submit responses electronically to: megan.mavis@dot.gov Email Subject Line must include: �Build America Bureau Financial Advisory Services SSN� See below Section 6 entitled �Requested Content of Responses to this SSN� for submittal content instructions.� One (1) electronic copy should be submitted. Section 2.� Introduction This is a SSN.� It is NOT a solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts.� The purpose of this notice is to obtain information, for planning purposes: (1) regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to provide financial advisory services in all the areas described in Section 4 below and (2) to determine whether the availability and capability of qualified sources is reduced as a result of the Government�s needs and/or the Government�s potential conflicts policy. This notice does not solicit proposals.� Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, the Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this SSN. �Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SSN.� Any information provided in response to this SSN may be used by the Government and should not be marked proprietary.
