- The Air National Guard (ANG) Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE) Program Office invites existing and new industry partners to discover future business opportunities during an in-person, multi-day industry event held July 16th to 18th, 2023. Orchestrated in conjunction with the ANG Aircrew Flight Equipment Workshop, the ANG Aircrew Flight Equipment Program Office is partnering with the Space and Flight Equipment Association (SAFE) to host this annual event in Tempe, AZ, 16-18, July.� The purpose of this industry day workshop is to provide existing and new industry partners the forum to showcase potential new technology, equipment, and processes regarding aircrew safety and survivability. The Government also seeks to provide industry with more insight into current and future Government requirements and encourages any interested vendors to attend.� All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level. Those interested in attending this event are requested to respond to this notice by registering via the hyperlink below no later than�10 June 2023. The Government will host an ANG AFE requirement's briefing on�16 July and welcomes all existing and new industry partners to attend. Participants will coordinate with the SAFE Association for the setup of vendor booths and displays, allowing Government representatives the opportunity to engage with industry partners throughout the three-day event. Additional outdoor areas may be provided on a case-by-case basis with prior coordination with the POC's listed below. You do not have to be a member of SAFE to attend the ANG AFE Briefing forecasted to be held on 16 July or to sign up for the Industry Reception or Exhibition Space. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This Industry Day Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not, at this time, seeking proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Industry Day Notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts. All costs associated with responding to this Industry Day Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.
